| 目的:探讨促进腹部术后胃瘫病人康复的有效方法。方法:将152 例术后胃瘫病人按入院的先后顺序分为观察组和
对照组各76 例。对照组采用一般疗法即肠内营养, 饮依调理、血糖和电解质监测。观察组在一般治疗的基础上采用捏脊与按摩
疗法。两周为一疗程, 均治疗两个疗程后对两组治疗效果进行统计学处理(X2 检验)。结果:观察组于治疗四周内胃肠功能全部
恢复, 整体疗效优于对照组(P<0 .01)具有非常显著性差异。结论:捏脊与按摩是促进腹部术后胃瘫病人康复的有效方法。 |

| Objective :To study effective methods of promoting the rehabilitation of the patients with gastroplegia(GP)after operation
on abdominal region(OAR).Methods :152 with GP after OAR, in hospitalized order , were divided into treatment group(n=76)and control
group(n =76).The control group was given general therapy(i.e .enteral nutrition , monitoring of BG and electrolyte);on the basis of which , the
treatment group was added chiropractics and massage .A course of treatment was two weeks .After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effects
of the two groups were statistically analysed(x2 test).Results :After two courses of treatment , in the treatment group, the gastrointestinal function
of the patients was totally recovered , its total therapeutic effect was superior to that of the control group;there was significant difference between
the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chiropractics and massage are effective methods which can promote the rehabilitation of the patients
with GP after OAR. |
