| 目的：研究PTEN 和MDM2 在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生发展中的临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP 法检测56 例非小细
胞肺癌组织及20 例正常肺组织中PTEN 和MDM2 蛋白的表达。结果：56 例肺癌组织中PTEN 表达率为48.21%（27/56）,20 例
正常肺组织中PTEN 表达率为95%（19/20），二者有统计学意义(p<0.05)。PTEN 表达率与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移
有关(p<0.05)。56 例肺癌组织中MDM2 表达率为53.57%(30/56)，20 例正常肺组织MDM2 表达率为10%（2/20），二者有统计学意
义(p<0.05)，MDM2 表达率与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(p<0.05)。在NSCLC 中，PTEN 和MDM2 的表达呈负相
关(p<0.05)。结论：PTEN 和MDM2 的异常表达在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the expression of PTEN and MDM2 in transitional non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods: The expressions of PTEN and MDM2 were determined by immunohistochemical method in 56 cases of primary lung cancer
and 20 case of normal lung tissue. Results: The expression of PTEN in 56 cases of lung carcinoma was 48.21% while which was 95% in
20 cases of normal lung tissues (p<0.05). The expression of PTEN was related to the degree of cell differentiation, clinical stage and
lymph node metastasis. The expression of MDM2 in 56 cases of pulmonary carcinoma was 53.57%, while which was10% in 20 cases of
normal lung tissues (p<0.05). The expression of MDM2 was related to the degree of tumor cell differentiationclinical stage and lymph
node metastasis (p<0.05). There was negative correlation between expression of the PTEN and MDM2 in NSCLC (p<0.05). Conclusion:
Abnormal expression of PTEN, MDM2 may play an important role in the malignant progression of NSCLC. |
