      细胞发生程序性死亡(Programmed cell death, PCD)是多细胞生物用以消除多余的或有害的细胞的一种重要方式。对于植物 个体来说,细胞发生程序性死亡(PCD)是抵抗逆境的一种十分有效的途径。因此,揭示环境因子诱导的植物PCD 现象的分子本质 就具有十分重要的现实意义。近十年来,有关环境因子诱导的植物PCD 研究报道逐年增加。本文重点综述了环境因子与植物 PCD 相关的研究进展,并对植物PCD 的主要生物学意义和研究展望进行了讨论。
英文摘要:
      Apoptsis or programmed cell death (PCD) aims at eliminating redundant or harmful cells during the life cycle of multicellular organisms. For plants, PCD is also an effective way to resist biotic or abiotic stress. Therefore, it is of great importance in practice to reveal the molecular mechanisms of PCD induced by environmental factors in plants. In the recent 10 years, reports about plant PCD induced by environmental factors are increasing year by year. In this paper, the general characteristics of plant PCD was briefly introduced, then we emphasized to summarize the advances of plant PCD induced by adverse environmental factors. In addition, the biological significance of plant PCD and prospect of studies on plant PCD were also discussed.
