      目的:研究β-catenin、cyclinD1 在胸腺肿瘤的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化pv6000 法检测69 例胸腺肿瘤中 β-catenin 及cyclinD1 的表达。结果:β-catenin 与cyclinD1 在胸腺肿瘤中的阳性表达率均为(53.62%) 明显高于正常胸腺组织 (0%)(P=0.027)。β-catenin 的阳性表达的差异在A、AB、B1、B2、B3 及C 型胸腺肿瘤各型之间存在统计学意义(X2=24.676,P<0. 01)。其表达的在A、AB 及B1 型与B2、B3 及C 型(无/ 低度危险组肿瘤与中/ 高度危险组肿瘤)之间表达的差异存在统计学意义 (X2=21.955,P<0.01)。CyclinD1 在A、AB、B1、B2、B3 及C 型胸腺肿瘤中的阳性表达的差异存在统计学意义(X2=14.393,P=0. 013)。其表达在A、AB 及B1 型与B2、B3 及C 型(无/ 低度危险组肿瘤与中/ 高度危险组肿瘤)之间表达的差异存在统计学意义 (X2=10.470,P=0.001)。在胸腺肿瘤中,β-catenin 的表达与cyclinD1 表达呈正相关关系(r=0.449,P<0.01)。结论:β-catenin、 cyclinD1 对于判定胸腺肿瘤的恶性程度可能有重要的参考价值。Wnt/β-catenin 信号传导通路在胸腺肿瘤的发生过程中可能发挥 重要作用。

      Objective: The objective of this experiment is to explore the expression and significance of β-catenin and cyclinD1 in thymic tumor. Methods: Immunohistochemical pv6000 was used to detected the expression of β-catenin and cyclinD1 in 69 cases of thymic tumor. Results: The positive expression ratio of β-catenin and cyclinD1in thymic tomor both were 53.26%,which were significantly higher than of normal thymus(0%)(P=0.027). The positive expression ratio of β-catenin in thymic tomor were significantly different among type A,AB,B1,B2,B3 and C of thymic tumor (X2=24.676,P<0.01). The positive expression ratio ofβ-catenin was significantly higher in B2,B3 and C types than in A,AB,and B1 types (X2=21.955,P<0.01). The positive expression ratio of cyclinD1 in thymic tomor were significantly different among type A,AB,B1,B2,B3 and C of thymic tumor (X2=14.393,P=0.013). The positive expression ratio of cyclinD1 was significantly higher in B2,B3 and C types than in A,AB,and B1 types(X2=10.470,P<0.01). The expression ofβ-catenin can be positively corelated with that of cyclinD1(r=0.449,P<0.01). Conclusion:β-catenin and cyclinD1 maybe have important reference value for determining the malignancy of thymic tumors.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may play important roles in the tumorigenesis of thymic tumors.
