| In order to accelerate the health information construction of Chinese army，this paper explained the basic situation of
health information technology at home and abroad; systematically analyzed a serials of new challenges and problems in health
information constructions we Chinese army faced and brought up purpose-aimed solutions. Thus we here laid a solid foundation for a
long-range scheme of PLA's health information constructions. |
