| 目的：探讨金标法和免疫发光法检测CEA 在健康体检中的应用价值。方法：对728 例健康体检的个人同时应用金标法和免
疫发光法测定CEA，对结果进行分析。结果：金标法测定的阳性率为0.69%，免疫发光法测定的阳性率为0.41%，两者具有高度一
致性。结论：对健康体检人群应先用金标法进行定性，对阳性结果再用免疫发光法进行定量。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinic value of using dot immunogold chromatographic assay and fluorescence enzyme
immunoassay to detect CEA in physical examination. Methods: Dot immunogold chromatographic assay and fluorescence enzyme immunoassay
were used to detect CEA in 728 patients and the results were compared. Results: There were 5 positive cases (0.69%) in dot
immunogold chromatographic assay and 3 positive cases (0.41%) in fluorescence enzyme immunoassay, which showed a high agreement.
Conclusion: In the physical examination , CEA should be qualitatively detected by dot immunogold chromatographic assay and
then the positive cases were quantitatively detected by dot immunogold chromatographic assay. |
