| 目的：探讨瘦型手背掌骨间隙静脉输液拔针后有效按压方法。方法：采用自身对照法，对瘦型手背掌骨间隙静脉输液拔针后
采用两种不同的按压方法，左侧手背为对照组，采用传统的拇指指腹按压法；右侧手背为实验组，采用拇指挠侧面按压法。对两组
静脉输液拔针后的出血及淤血的发生率进行比较。结果：对照组出血及皮下淤血的发生率明显高于实验组，差异有显著性意义
（P＜0.05）。结论：对瘦型手背掌骨间隙静脉输液拔针后采用拇挠侧面按压法优于传统拇指指腹按压法，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: Discuss the effective method of pressing technique in needle withdraw after injection of the thin style splinter
bone interval intravenous in the dorsum of the hand. Methods: Using two different pressing methods in needle withdraw after injection
of the thin style splinter bone interval intravenous in the dorsum of the hand as self-comparison, the dorsum of the left hand is the comparision
group pressing with the pollex-paunch traditionally, the dorsum of the right hand is the control group pressing with pollex radius
face. Compare the hemorrhage rate and the extravasation rate of the two pressing technique after injection. Results: The comparision
group's hemorrhage rate and subcutaneous extravasation rate is much higher than the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion: It is worth to
make wide use of the pressing method with pollex radius face because it is quite superior to the traditional method. |
