| 目的：探讨甲亢患者β2-微球蛋白含量与血脂水平的相关性。方法：以甲状腺功能亢进症患者40 例作为观察组，另选择同
期在我院进行体检的健康人群40 例为对照组，分别于治疗前和治疗后检测患者血清和尿β2- 微球蛋白、血外周血载脂蛋白、血
脂，并进行血清和尿β2-微球蛋白与血脂的相关性分析。结果：治疗前甲亢组血清和尿β2-微球蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.01)；TC、
TG、HDL-C、LDL-C 和APOB 均低于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗后，血清和尿β2- 微球蛋白与治疗前相比均有所下降(P<0.01)，TC、
TG、HDL-C、LDL-C 和APOB 与脂类前相比均有所升高(P<0.01)；血清和尿β2- 微球蛋白与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C 和APOB 均
呈负相关。结论：甲亢患者血清和尿β2-微球蛋白与血脂关系密切，可作为评价患者脂质代谢状态和病情变化的重要指标。 |

| Objective: To explore the relationship between β2-microglobulin and blood fat in patients with Graves' disease.
Methods: 40 patients with Graves' disease were selected as observation group, and 40 healthy people were selected as control group. To
detect serum, urine contents of β2-microglobulin, APOB and blood fat before and after treatment. To analyze the relationship of the
serum, urine contents of β2-microglobulin and blood fat. Results: The levels of serum, urine of β2-microglobulin were higher in
observation group than those in control group before treatment, while the level of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and APOB were lower in
observation group than those in control group. The levels of serum, urine of β2-microglobulin decreased in observation group after
treatment compared with those before treatment, while the level of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and APOB increased after treatment
compared with those before treatment. The levels of serum, urine of β2-microglobulin were negative correlation to the levels of TC, TG,
HDL-C, LDL-C and APOB. Conclusion: There is a closely relationship between β2-microglobulin and blood fat in patients with Graves'
disease. β2-microglobulin can be used to value metabolism of blood fat and the change of pathogenetic condition. |
