| 目的：探讨MRI 在脊柱骨巨细胞瘤诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2005 年4 月-2010 年11 月我院5 例经病理
证实为脊柱骨巨细胞瘤患者的MRI 检查表现。结果：椎体内病灶呈不同程度膨胀性破坏，T1WI 呈等、低信号改变，T2WI 呈混杂
信号，增强扫描呈不同程度均匀强化。结论：MRI 能有效显示骨巨细胞瘤的病变部位及范围，。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical value of MRI in Diagnosing giant-cell tumor of the spine. Methods: From April
2005-Novemble 2010, the MRI of 5 patients were retrospective analyzed. Results: All lesions manifested hypo- to intermediate intensity
of signal on T1-Weighted images and miscellaneous signal on T2-Weighted MR images. Homogenous enhancement was revealed at
lesions. Conclusion: MRI is a prefer and valuable imaging method to diagnosis giant-cell tumor of the spine. |
