| 目的：探讨超声引导下局部注射甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法：对30 例异位妊娠患者在超声引导下行MTX
病灶局部注射，术后给予米非司酮口服（25mg，2 次/ 天，共3 天）。治疗前及治疗后每周一次抽血查β-hCG 直至其降至正常范围
内。结果：30 例患者中，29 例（96.7%）通过治疗后β-hCG 降至正常，1 例（3.3%）治疗失败后行外科手术。结论：超声引导下MTX
局部注射治疗异位妊娠技术操作简单，疗效肯定，对适应范围内的病人是值得考虑的治疗方法。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of methotrexate (MTX) injection for ectopic pregnancy under
ultrasound-guidance. Methods: 30 patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated with MTX injection under ultrasound-guidance followed
by administration of mifepristone for 3 days (25mg, bid). Serum level of β-hCG was tested before treatment and then once a week after
MTX injection. Results: 2-12weeks after MTX injection, β-hCG turned to be negative in 29 patients (96.7%). 1 patient (3.3%) received
operation because of the rupture lesion. Conclusion: Within considerable indication, MTX injection under ultrasound-guidance is
effective and safe for patients with ectopic pregnancy. |
