| 目的：观察福坦治疗高原心脏病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2007 年10 月至2010 年10 月收治的高原心脏病伴右心衰患
者86 例，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组42 例给予福坦治疗，对照组44 例给予卡托普利加氢氯噻嗪治疗，治疗周期为1 年。
比较2 组治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、短轴缩短率（FS）、射血分数（LVEF）及6 分钟
步行前后心率、血压、心肌耗氧量并进行统计学分析。结果：试验组LVEF 明显增加，LVEDD、LVESD 明显减小，心率、心肌耗氧量
的降低，较对照组具有统计学差异。结论：福坦具有明显的抗高原心脏病的作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effects of Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of HAHD .
Method: 86 cases of hospitalization in HAHD patients combined with right heart failure would be divided into treatment group(n=42) and
control group (n=44).The treatment group was given Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets （VHT）,and the control group was given
Captopril plus Hydrochlorothiazide. Left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDD)，left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)
and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) as wel1 as heart rate，systolic pressure，6-minute walking testwere evaluated before and after
treatment. Results: After 12 months of treatment ,LVFF and 6-min walking test were improved (P<0.05). The heart rate，systolic
pressure，LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were decreased significantly (P<0.05). There was significant difference between
2 groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion: VHT can obviously improve HADHD. |
