| 目的：探讨护理干预对慢性乙肝患者遵医行为的影响。方法：将172 例慢性肝炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各86
例。两组均接受常规护理，此外实验组还给予疾病认识、心理疏导、治疗目标、饮食管理、生活行为管理、遵医服药、疾病的自我监
测以及控制交叉感染等护理干预。一年后对两组患者进行慢性肝炎相关知识和遵医行为的测评，同时检测两组肝功能指标、并发
症的发生率及再次住院次数。结果：实验组遵医行为明显优于对照组且肝功控制优于对照组。结论：护理干预可以提高慢性乙型
肝炎患者的遵医行为，对病情的控制有良好的效果。 |

| Objective: To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the medical behavior of the chronic hepatitis B patients.
Methods: 172 chronic hepatitis patients were divided into two groups stochastically and equally: the experimental group and the control
group. The patients in the two groups were implemented conventional nursing. In addition, the experimental group also accepted nursing
interventions: disease information learning, psychological unblocking, the goal of treatment knowing, diet management, life behavior
management, following the doctor's advice, self-monitor of disease and control of cross infection. One year later, the related knowledge
of the chronic hepatitis and the behavior of following the doctor's advice were compared between the two groups. Simultaneously,
surveys around the intervention the liver function target, the complication formation rate and the times of being in the hospital were
tested. Results: In experimental group, the following the doctor's advice and the liver function surpassed the control group obviously.
Conclusions: Nursing intervention may enhance the chronic hepatitis B patient to obey the medical behavior and the interventions have a
good effect on the condition. |
