| Organ transplantation brought good news for organ failure patients. While it brought a lot of ethical problems to
ponder. At the basic of the present situation and development of the current organ transplant research, this paper analyzes and researches
the medical, legal, and ethical problems of the organ transplantation，at the same time, the writer's advices and suggestions about the
problems of the research are pro-posed. |
