| 目的：探讨血清中C 反应蛋白在急性脑梗死患者中的临床应用价值。方法：选择2010 年4 月至2011 年4 月间，我院收治
的急性脑梗死（ACI）患者87 例，以同时期的62 名健康体检者为对照，分析ACI 患者发病后1、3、7、14、28 天血清C 反应蛋白
(CRP)水平与正常对照组的差别。以血清CRP≥12mg/L 作为A 组，CRP＜12mg/L 作为B 组，分析两组的病情和预后。结果：ACI
患者发病后血清CRP 浓度随时间推移先升高后降低，在第3d 时达到最大值；各时段均高于对照组（P>0.05）；A 组的病情严重程
度高于B 组，预后较B 组差。结论：CRP 在ACI 患者血清中显著升高且呈动态性变化；血清CRP≥12mg/L 者，病情较重、预后较
差。 |

| Objective: To investigate clinical application value of C-reactive protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods: 87 cases of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients were assigned to experimental group and 62 healthy in the same period as
control group. serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels of ACI patients were compared with normal control group. Serum CRP≥12mg / L
were assigned as group A and CRP <12mg / L as B, two sets of condition and prognosis were analyzed. Results: Serum CRP concentrations
of ACI patients after the onset of over time increased first and then decreased, reached the maximum in the first 3d; each period were
higher than control group (P>0.05). Disease severity of group A was highter and the prognosis was poorer than group B. Conclusion: CRP
in serum of patients with ACI are significantly higher and showed dynamic changes.Patients with serum CRP ≥12mg / L are under
serious condition and poor prognosis. |
