| 目的：探讨依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：将104 例高血压脑出血患者按1：1 随机分为联合组
与对照组，其中联合组采用依达拉奉联合血栓通进行治疗，对照组采用复方丹参治疗，通过观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分
（NHSS）、Barthel 指数（BI）和血肿变化情况，比较分析对照组与联合组疗效。结果：①联合组基本痊愈率为25.00%，总有效率分别
为88.46%，均显著高于对照组（P<0.01 或0.05），且未见明显不良反应。②治疗后21d，联合组患者NHSS 评分下降和BI 评分升高
幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.01 或0.05)，神经系统功能改善情况优于对照组。③治疗后，患者血肿容积明显减小(P<0.01 或0.05)，
其中联合组血肿容积减少程度和吸收速度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：依达拉奉联合血栓通治疗高血压性脑出血疗效显
著，能促进神经功能恢复与血肿吸收，值得临床进一步推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of edaravon combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of hypertensive
cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：104 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into combination group and
control group, with 52 cases respectively. The control group was treated with Danshen injection, and the treatment group with edaravone
and Xueshuantong injection. The therapeutic effect was analyzed between the two groups by evaluating the score of NHSS, Barthel index
and observing the changes of hematoma. Results：① In the treatment group, the basic cure rate and total effective rate were respectively
25.00% and 88.46%, both significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01 or 0.05), and there was no obvious side effects in all
patients.②On day 21 after treatment, NHSS significantly decreased in both groups, while BI significantly increased, especially in combination
group (P <0.01 or 0.05). The nervous system function was better improved in treatment group than control group.③By treatment,
the hematoma volume reduced significantly (P <0.01 or 0.05), and hematoma absorption was much faster in treatment group than control
group (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is effective to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with combination of edaravone and Xueshuantong,
which is helpful to the recovery of neural function and hematoma absorption. It deserves popularizing in clinical treatment. |
