| 目的：探讨2 型糖尿病患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体（oxldl），preptin 水平的变化及其与糖尿病并发症的关系。方法：选择第
四军医大学西京医院内分泌代谢科2011 年5 月至2011 年10 月住院2 型糖尿病患者80 例，其中男性53 例，女性27 例，对患者
的慢性并发症检查结果进行评分（方法见下文），总分以5 分为界，分为重度并发症40 例，轻度并发症40 例。正常对照组30 例，
其中男性17 例，女性13 例，均检测其血清preptin、anti-oxldl、hsCRP、血脂（lipid）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、尿微量白蛋白（MAU）、
空腹血糖(FBS)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)等水平，并进行各指标之间的相关分析。结果：2 型糖尿病患者血清anti-oxldl 水平增高，preptin
水平降低。二者无相关性。结论：高水平的anti-oxldl 和低水平的preptin 对糖尿病慢性并发症的发生发展可能有促进作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the changes of serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein (anti-oxldl) and preptin of type2 diabetic
and the association with complications. Methods: We chose 80 type 2 diabetic in the ward of endocrinology department of xijing
hospital, scored the chronic complications of the patients (methods as below)“and divided 40 of them into severe complications and 40 of
them into mild complications by score 5”; While 30 in control group. The serum preptin, hsCRP, anti-oxldl, blood-lipid, HbA1c, micro
albuminuria, fasting blood glucose and fasting blood insulin, and the relationship between them were analyzed. Results: Oxldl were significantly
higher in the diabetics than controls, and the preptin were significantly lower. There was no correlations between them. Conclusion:
High levels of anti-oxldl and low-levels of preptin may accelerate the development of chronic complications of diabetes. |
