| 目的：探讨引起腹腔镜胆囊切除术所致的医源性胆道损伤的原因并探讨预防和处理措施。方法：回顾性分析2005 年6 月
-2011 年5 月在我科收治的4 例腹腔镜胆囊切除术致医源性胆道损伤患者的临床资料，并结合国内外文献进行讨论。结果：4 例医
源性胆道损伤患者经积极处理后，进行随访和结果评价，评价优良占75%。结论：引起腹腔镜胆囊切除术所致的医源性胆道损伤
主要有医生主观因素和病人、医治条件的客观因素，积极预防和妥善处理能降低其发生率、改善预后。 |

| Objective: To investigate the cause of iatrogenic bile duct injury (IBDI) originated from LC and study its prevention
and treatment measures. Methods: During the period June 2005 to May 2011, 4 cases of IDBI originated from LC were performed. The
reasons and treatment measures had been investigated combined with domestic and foreign literature. Results: The 4 patients were treated
actively and followed-up, and the effect was evaluated well. Conclusions: There are many reasons for IBDI including subjective aspects
of doctors and objective aspects of patient and treatment conditions. Incidence of IBDI can be reduced if patient could be actively
prevented and properly treated. |
