| 目的：探讨中药辅以超声介入法对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的治疗效果。方法：选取2007 年至2008 年来我院就诊的卵巢子宫
内膜异位囊肿患者48 例，采用中药辅以超声介入治疗方法进行治疗，作为实验组；选取同期在我院接受手术治疗的45 例卵巢子
宫内膜异位囊肿患者45 例作为对照组，比较两组患者治疗后的情况。结果：两组患者治疗后在妊娠率及排卵率方面比较无显著
差异P>0.05；在复发率上，实验组复发率为6.3%，对照组高达33.3%，实验组2 例患者进行再手术，而对照组14 例患者进行再手
术，两组间对比差异均显著P<0.01。结论：对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者采用中药辅以超声介入治疗方法进行治疗，复发率较低，
有利于患者的术后恢复。 |

| Objective: To explore the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound for
ovarian endometriotic cysts. Methods: Select 48 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts in our hospital from 2007 to 2008, treated them
with traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound, set them as the experimental group; Selected 45 patients with
ovarian endometriotic cysts receiving surgery in our hospital as the control group at the same period, compared the situation after
treatment of two group patients. Results: The pregnancy and ovulation rate of two groups patients after treatment were not significantly
different P>0.05; In relapse rates, the recurrence rate of experimental group was 6.3%, the control group was up to 33.3%, 2 patients in
experimental group underwent re-operation, but 14 patients in control group underwent re-operation, the differences between two groups
were significantly P<0.01. Conclusion: The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional ultrasound for
patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts with lower recurrence rate, it is beneficial for postoperative recovery for patients. |
