| 目的：探讨传染病防治管理措施的应用价值与效果。方法：以2009 年1 月至2010 年6 月间的院内管理为对照组；以2010 年
7 月至2011 年12 月间的院内管理措施为研究组，采用传染病防治管理措施。结果：两组管理方法传染病患者发生率无显著差异
（P>0.05）；研究组传染病预防管理措施院内感染发生率明显低于对照组，数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P<0.05）。研究组管理
方法下患者临床满意度明显高于对照组，数据经统计学比较具有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：传染病预防管理措施有利于有效阻断
院内感染源的传播，进而减少交叉感染发生率，提高患者满意度。 |

| Objective: To discuss the application value and effects of infectious disease prevention and management measures.
Method: Management methods in-hospital between Jan, 2009 to Jun, 2010 was distributed into Control group, and management methods
of infectious disease prevention management measures between July, 2010 to Dec, 2011 was distributed into Study group. Result: Rate of
infectious diseases of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Rate of in-hospital infection in Study group was significantly
lower than Control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction of Study group was significantly higher than Control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:
Infectious disease prevention management measures conducive to the effective blocking nosocomial infections in the spread of the
source, thereby reducing the incidence of cross infection and improve patient satisfaction. |
