| 有观点认为肿瘤是一种慢性炎症性疾病。NF-κB 作为自然免疫和炎症的重要调节因子及内源性促肿瘤因子，其激活与许多
恶性肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。本文通过对有关NF-κB 与肿瘤的文献进行分析，综述了NF-κB信号通路及其负性调控因子对
肿瘤的影响的研究进展，从而论证NF-κB 与肿瘤的关系以及NF-κB 抑制剂在临床治疗中的意义。 |

| NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa B) family transcription factors are regarded as regulators of inflammation and immunity
in cancer development, and the activation of NF-κB can accelerate the pathological process of the malignant tumor. Thus, we review the
relationship between NF-κB signaling pathway, especially including negative regulatory factor, and caner etiology. Furthemore, NF-κB
inhibition agent in the cancer clinical treatment is discussed in the review as well. |
