| 摘要目的：探讨凋亡素2 配体（Apo-2L）对放射线诱导肺癌95-D细胞凋亡的影响。方法：MTT 法检测不同浓度凋亡素2 配体在
体外对肺癌95-D细胞的抑制率，将细胞分为4组，对照组、凋亡素2 配体组、单纯照射组、凋亡素2 配体+放射照射组，流式细胞
仪检测各组凋亡率及细胞周期。结果：凋亡素2 配体对95-D 细胞的体外抑制作用明显，随着药物浓度的增大及时间的延长，抑制
率明显增高(P＜0.05)。流式细胞术显示凋亡素2 配体与放射线联用能够使95-D 细胞的凋亡率提高，与单用凋亡素2配体组及单
纯放疗组相比，凋亡率差异显著（P＜ 0.05）。结论：凋亡素2 配体在体外具有抑制95-D 细胞增殖的作用并能够促进细胞的凋亡，同
时凋亡素2 配体联合放射线可以明显提高肺癌95-D细胞的凋亡率。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the effect of opoptosis-2 ligand on apoptosis of 95-D cells that radiation induced.
Methods:The effect of the different concentration of the apoptosis-2 ligand on cellular proliferation inhibition rate of 95-D cells was detected by
MTT method; The effect of combined apoptosis-2 ligand with radiation on the cell apoptosis and the cell cycle was detected by flow
cytometry. Results:The cellular proliferation inhibition rate of apoptosis-2 ligand on 95-D cells was related with the drug concentration
and action time (P＜0.05）. The combined application of apoptosis-2 ligand and radiation could raise the cellular proliferation inhibition
rate of 95-D cells, compared with that in the control group and apoptosis-2 ligand or radiation alone(P＜0.05）. Conclusion:Apoptosis-2
ligand can inhibit the proliferation of 95-D cells culture and combined with apoptosis-2 ligand and radiation can raise the cellular
proliferation inhibition rate of 95-D cells. |
