| 目的：观察异丙酚复合咪达唑仑与舒芬太尼在老年无痛结肠镜检查的麻醉效果。方法：将2010 年5 月至2011 年9月期间共
126 例患者随机分成3 组，每组42 例，即异丙酚组(A 组)，舒芬太尼+异丙酚组(B 组)，咪达唑仑+舒芬太尼+异丙酚组(C 组)。比
较各组用药前、术中及苏醒后的SBP、DBP、HR、SPO2，同时比较异丙酚用药总量、苏醒时间和留院观察时间。结果：三组患者在用
药后5 min SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2均出现一定程度的下降，B 组与C 组SBP、DBP的组内比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)；A 组HR 组
内比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)；三组患者的SBP、DBP、HR 比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)；三组患者的异丙酚用量，恢复时间有统计
学差异(P<0.05)；术后不良反应的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：异丙酚复合咪达唑仑与舒芬太尼是一种安全可行的无痛结肠
镜麻醉方法，值得推广。 |

| Objective:To observe the anesthetic effect of propofol, midazolam integrated with sufentanil for elderly painless
colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 126 patients fromMay 2010 to Sep 2011 were divided into three groups randomly, and each group had
42 patients. The three groups were the propofol group (group A), propofol integrated with sufentanil group (group B), propofol,
midazolamintegrated with sufentanil group(group C) respectively. Compare the SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2 of patients before anesthesia, 5min
after anesthesia and after operation, as well as the dosage of propofol, waking time and hospitalization time.Results:At 5 min after
anesthesia, the SBP, DBP, HR, SpO2 of three groups dropped to some extent, and SBP, DBP was statistically different between before
and after anesthesia in the same group of B andC (P<0.05); it was also statistical to compare the HR of the group A between before and
after anesthesia (P<0.05). In comparison of SBP, DBP, HR, propofol dosage, recovery time among the three groups, there were statistical
differences (P<0.05). However, there was no statistical difference in the side effects among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Propofol and midazolam integrated with sufentani is a safe and convincing anesthetic method used for elderly painless colonoscopy, and
is worth promoting. |
