| 目的：探讨子宫压迫缝合联合子宫动脉结扎术治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法：选取近年来60 名产后出血患者，30名患者
用子宫压迫缝合术（对照组），另外30 名用子宫压迫缝合联合子宫动脉结扎术（实验组），观察手术时间、术后出血量及临床疗效。
结果：实验组有效率为86.67%，对照组有效率为83.33%，两组患者的临床疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组手术时间，术中
出血量差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但实验组的术后2 h出血量比对照组少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：子宫压迫缝合联
合子宫动脉结扎术治疗产后出血疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。 |

| Objective:To study the effects of uterine compression suture combined with uterine artery ligation in the treatment of
postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases of patients of postpartum hemorrhage in recent years were chosen, 30 cases of patients were
given treatment of uterine compression suture (Control group), and the other 30 cases were given uterine compression suture combined
with uterine artery ligation (Experimental group), the amount of bleeding, operation time and curative effect were observed.Results:The
effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%, while that of the control group was 83.33%, there was no statistically significant
difference between the two groups（P>0.05）. The operation time and amount of bleeding between two groups showed no significant
difference (P>0.05), while the bleeding amount at 2h post operation of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, the
difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The utility of uterine compression suture combined with uterine artery
ligation is worth promoting in clinic significantly. |
