| 目的：探讨凉血活血方(Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang)对肝星状细胞LX-2 增殖和凋亡的影响。方法：体外培养肝星状细胞LX-2，
分别将凉血活血方(浓度为1.125，2.228，3.31，4.37，5.41 mg·mL-1)，作用于LX-2 细胞后24 h，48 h用MTT比色法检测细胞的增殖
情况，选取合适的药物浓度（4，8，12，16 mg·mL-1)，用流式细胞术检测加药24 h后细胞的凋亡率。结果：①MTT 法显示不同浓度凉
血活血方作用LX-2 细胞24 h，48 h后，除24 h，1.125 mg·mL-1和2.228 mg·mL-1外，其余组增殖抑制率均明显高于正常对照组
(P<0.05)。②流式细胞术检测显示，凉血活血方浓度为4，8，12，16 mg·mL-1)时，可明显促进LX-2 细胞凋亡。结论：一定剂量的凉血
活血方能抑制LX-2 细胞的增殖，可能与其促进细胞凋亡有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang on the proliferation and apoptosis of LX-2 cells.Methods:LX-2 cells were treated with different concentrations of Xue Huo Xue Fang (1.125, 2.228, 3.31, 4.37, 5.41 mg·mL-1). Cell
proliferation was measured by MTT after LX-2 cells were treated with Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang for 24 h and 48 h. Then, cell apoptosis
was detected at 24 h by flow cytometry in a appropriate drug concentration（4, 8, 12, 16 mg·mL-1).Results:①Except 1.125 mg·mL-1and
2.228 mg·mL-1 in 24 h, cell proliferation in other centration groups was dramatically inhibited by Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang (P<0.05),
and the inhibition rate was higher than control group. ②Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang could promote apoptosis of LX-2 cells at 4，8，12，16
mg·mL-1.Conclusion:A certain concentration of Liang Xue Huo Xue Fang can inhibit the proliferation and apoptosis of LX-2 cells. |
