| 目的： 评价 5Fr Heartrail ST01 导管在冠心病复杂病变介入治疗中的输送支撑作用 。 方法： 连续入选 2012 年 10 月 至 2014 年
02 月 南京市第一医院所有冠心病介入治疗 过程中使用 5Fr Heartrail ST01 导管的病例 ， 回顾性分析患者基线特征、病变特征和手
术经过及器械成功率。 结果： 共有 33 例患者介入术中使用 5Fr Heartrail ST01 导管，剔除 10 例并非处理冠状动脉狭窄病变而使用
5Fr Heartrail ST01 导管的患者， 共有 23 例冠心病患者采用 5Fr Heartrail ST01 导管增强支撑， 协助球囊和 / 或支架通过病变。 5Fr
Heartrail ST01 导管的器械成功率为 86.96 %。 其中 2 例器械失败患者采用 Tornus 穿通导管补救成功； 1 例改用 6F AL 1 .0 指引 导
管补救成功。 手术成功率为 91 .30 %， 1 例 无法继续配合而手术失败； 1 例 因 出 现非血流限制 性夹层而失败。 结论： 5Fr Heartrail
ST01 导管为冠心病复杂病变介入治疗 提供优秀的支撑，提高手术成功率。 |

| Objective:The aim of this study is to evaluate the backup support role of 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter in the complex
percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI）.Methods:Patients using the 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter from October, 201 2 to February, 2014
in Nanjing First Hospital were consecutively enrolled into this study. The baseline characteristics, angiographic results, interventional
procedures as well as device success rate were retrospectively analyzed.Results:From all the 33 patients using 5Fr Heartrail ST01
catheter, 1 0 patients were excluded because 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter was not utilized in the interventional procedures of coronary
stenotic lesions. Of 23 patients in whom 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter was used to assist balloon and/or stent passage, the device success
rate was 86.96 %. Tornus penetrating catheter was successfully used in 2 patients with failed attempts using 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter.
Another patient with 5Fr Heartrail ST01 catheter device failure transferred to bailout 6F AL 1.0 GC to complete the PCI. The final
procedural success rate was 91.30 %. 1 patient unwilling to further cooperate and 1 patient with non-flowing limiting dissection of the
target vessel failed.Conclusion:5Fr ST01 catheter provided excellent backup support and improved procedural success during PCI of
complex lesions. |
