| 目 的： 玻璃体切割术是眼科手术中比较复杂精细显手术， 主要应用 于治疗眼外伤导致的玻璃体出血， 玻璃体浑浊， 复杂性视
网 膜脱离 以及增殖性玻璃体视网 膜病变。 本文主要探讨玻璃体切割术治疗复杂性眼外伤患者的围手术期护理的临床效应。 方法：
总结作者所在科室多 年来护理眼外伤患者的临床经验，对 2013 年 3 月 至 2013 年 7 月 入院的 75 例 (75 只眼)复杂性眼外伤患者进
行悉心的术前心理护理， 完善的用 药指导， 充分的术前准备， 术后特殊卧位的指导， 预防并发症的护理及出 院指导。 结果： 术后视
力 提高 57 例（ 76.0%）， 视力不变 13（ 17.3%）例，视力下降 5 例（ 6.7%）， 28 例眼内 异物患者均经手术顺利 取出异物。 相关手术并发
症经医护人员 的对症治疗 后均得到有效控制。 患者术后满意度达 98%以上，医生满意度达 100%。 结论： 复杂性眼外伤患者玻璃体
切割手术围手术期进行全方位的护理服务， 对促进病人康复起到至关重要的作用。 |

| Objective:Vitrectomy is a kind of complex and meticulous eye surgery which is mainly used on the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage, vitreous opacity, complicated retinal detachment and proliferative vitreoretinopathy that caused by ocular trauma. This
article aims to investigate the nursing experience ofvitrectomy on patients with complicated ocular trauma in perioperative period.Methods:75 patients (75 eyes) with complicated ocular trauma who were treated in our hospital from March 201 3 to July 2013 were selected. The
patients were treated by the preoperative psychological care, the adequate preparation, the special postoperative decubitus guidance to
prevent complications.Results:Visual acuity improved in 57 cases (76.0%), unchanged in 13 cases (17.3%) and decreased in 5 cases
(6.7%), 28 cases with intraocular foreign bodies were successfully removed by surgery. The related surgical complications have been effectively controlled by cooperation of the medical staff. The satisfaction of patient was 100%.Conclusion:Perioperative care plays a vital
role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with complicated ocular trauma. |
