| 目的：检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中Treg 细胞的比例，探讨其对DC 细胞的免疫抑制作用。方法：检测CHB 患者和正常
对照组外周血CD4+, CD25+, Treg及DC 表面因子CD80 和HLA-DR的表达；在DC培养不同时间内加入不同比例CHB Treg 细
胞，观察DC对淋巴细胞增殖的影响以及细胞因子IL-10 及TGF-beta的表达变化。结果：CHB患者外周血Treg 细胞比例高于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；CHB患者DC细胞表面分子CD80 和HLA-DR表达均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.
05）；经Treg 细胞处理后，DC细胞刺激淋巴细胞的增殖能力下降，淋巴细胞增殖的抑制率显著升高（P<0.05）；随Treg 细胞增加，
IL-10 及TGF-beta水平升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：CHB 患者外周血中Treg细胞的增加可能通过诱导IL-10 和TGF-beta
的表达来抑制DC 细胞的免疫功能。 |

| Objective:To investigate the Treg cells suppressing the dendritic cells in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and the expression of CD80 and HLA-DR on DC in patients with CHB and the control group
were detected. Treg cells of CHB and DC of the controls were cultured with different ratio and time, then the concentrations of IL-10 and
TGF-beta were detected by ELISA.Results:The frequency of Treg cells in CHB group was higher than that of the control group with
statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The expressions of CD80 and HLA-DR in CHB group were lower than those of the control
group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Then CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in CHB group could significantly suppress
effects on DC immunity with time-and-dose depended; The secretion of IL-10 and TGF-beta increased significant in CHB group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increasing Treg cells of patients with CHB may suppress DC by inducing the expressions of IL-10 and TGF-beta. |
