| 目的：探讨甲胎蛋白异质体（AFP-L3）的检测对肝细胞肝癌（HCC）的诊断价值。方法：选取2009 年2月至2012 年11 月在本
院治疗的90 例HCC患者为研究组，另选择同期接受治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者30 例和肝炎肝硬化患者30 例作为对照组。观察
三组患者的AFP、AFP-L3阳性率。结果：肝癌患者AFP和AFP-L3阳性率显著高于乙肝和肝硬化患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
乙肝和肝硬化两组患者的AFP 及AFP-L3 阳性率无显著差异（P>0.05）。AFP>400 ng/mL：肝癌组AFP-L3 阳性率显著高于乙肝组
和肝硬化组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：AFP-L3 在HCC 中的诊断价值较甲胎蛋白大，更适合在临床诊断中应用。 |

| Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of AFP-L3 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods:90 HCC patients
hospitalized in our hospital from February 2009 to November 2012 were enrolled as research group. 30 cases with chronic hepatitis B
and 30 cases with hepatitis liver cirrhosis from the same period were chosen as control group. The positive rates of AFP and AFP-L3 in
two groups were observed.Results:The positive rates of AFP and AFP-L3 was 81.1%in research group and 43.3%in control group, and
the differences were significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of was 76.7% in research group and 16.7% in control group, and the
differences were significant (x2=51.988, P<0.05). Based on the tumor size, the research group was divided into three subgroups (≤ 5, 5＜
tumor diameter＜10, ≥ 10). The differences of positive rate of AFP-L3 among three subgroups were not significant (P ＞0.05).Conclusion:Compared detection of AFP and AFP-L3 could be better for the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC. |
