      目的:重建OSAHS患者上气道和软腭的流固耦合有限元模型,研究OSAHS患者上气道及软腭气流动力学特征,为进一步 探讨OSAHS的的发病机制奠定基础。方法:对一名中度OSAHS患者的上气道及周围组织进行MRI扫描,将以DICOM格式存 储的扫描数据导入Mimics15.0 软件中进行预处理,得到上气道和软腭的模型;再利用逆向工程软件Geomagic Studio 2013 建立 了2 mm气道壁;然后在3-D重建软件NX 中,生成气道壁和气道以及软腭之间的组合模型;最后将该组合模型导入ANSYS Workbench13.0 软件中,通过网格划分、定义材料属性、设定模型的边界条件操作建立了上气道和软腭的流固耦合有限元模型。结 果:利用Mimics、Ansys等软件建立了完整的上气道和软腭的流固耦合有限元模型。共得到气道:2806835单元和529281 个节点; 气道壁:2304348 单元和3487609 个节点;软腭:131855 单元和204784 个节点。结论:本研究建立的上气道及软腭的流固耦合有 限元模型符合人体的生物力学特点,为下一步的数值模拟实验提供了一个更真实、可靠的模型。

      Objective:To study the dynamic characteristics of the airflowof OSAHS upper airway and soft palate by reconstructing the fluid-structure interaction finite element model of OSAHS upper airway and soft palate, and lay the foundation of further exploring the pathogenesis of 0SAHS.Methods:MRI scan of the upper airway and surrounding tissue was performed with a moderate OSAHS patient. the DICOMformat images were imported into Mimics 15.0 software to preprocess and get the model of the upper airway and soft palate. The 2.0 mmaiway wall was established with the Reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio 2013. Then, the combined model of aiway wall and airway and soft palate was performed with 3-D reconstruction software NX. lastly, the combined model was imported into ANSYS Workbench13.0 software. the fluid-structure interaction finite element model of upper airway and soft palate was established after a series of processes such as meshing model, assigning parameters, boundary setting.Results:The fluid-structure interaction finite element model of upper airway and soft palate was established by Mimics and ANSYS and other softwares with 2806835 elements and 529281 nodes of airway, 2304348 elements and 3487609 nodes of airway wall, 131855 elements and 204784 nodes of soft palate.Conclusion:The fluid-structure interaction finite element model of upper airway and soft palate has accurately simulated biomechanical feature of human, which provide a more realistic and reliable models for the next numerical experiments.
