      目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激对胃癌根治术患者术后血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平的影响。方法:选择全麻 择期行胃癌根治术的患者102 例(男88 例,女14 例),年龄40~75 岁,将其随机分为经皮穴位电刺激组、假电刺激组和对照组。经 皮电刺激双侧" 足三里"(ST 36)、" 三阴交"(SP 6)穴,于手术当日、术后第1 日和术后第2 日进行经皮电刺激治疗。于术前30 分 钟、术后24 h、术后72 h采集静脉血标本,测定免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)的 水平。术后监测和记录肛门的排气时间。结果:在术后第1 天,对照组外周血IgG 水平显著低于术前30 分钟(P<0.05),TEAS 组外 周血IgM水平显著高于术前30 分钟(P<0.05),TEAS 组外周血IgG 和IgM 水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后第3 天,对照组 外周血IgG、IgM水平显著低于术前30 分钟(P<0.05),TEAS 组外周血IgG、IgM水平均显著低于术后1 天(P<0.05)。三组患者术后 肛门排气时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激可以升高胃癌根治术患者术后1 天降低的外周血IgG和IgM水 平,减轻其术后免疫抑制。

      Objective:To observe the effect of TEAS (Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation, TEAS )on the postoperative Immunoglobulin M (IgM) and Immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels in patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical surgery.Methods:Totally 102 patients with gastric cancer undergoing elective radical surgery under general anesthesia were randomly assigned to three groups, control group , TEAS group and sham group. TEAS group receiving TEAS before general anesthesia induction, 1st day and 2nd day after surgery. TEAS was given through electrodes attached to zusanli(ST 36) and sanyinjiao(SP 6) acupoints. The time for TEAS was 30 min. Venous blood samples fromall groups(control group, TEAS group and shamgroup) were collected before general anesthesia induction, 1st day and 3rd day after surgery. The peripheral blood IgG and IgM levels were measured. Anal exhaust time after surgery was also compared among the groups.Results:IgG levels in peripheral blood decreased significantly compared with those at 30 min before surgery and 1st day after surgery in the control group. It increased significantly compared with those at 30 min before surgery and 1st day after surgery in TEAS group. The peripheral blood IgG and IgM levels in TEAS groups increased significantly compared with that of control group at 1st day after surgery; IgG and IgM levels in peripheral blood decreased significantly compared with those at 30min before surgery and 2nd day after surgery in the control group. They also decreased significantly compared with those at 1st and 2nd day after surgery in the TEAS group.Conclusion:TEAS could increase the low peripheral blood IgG and IgMlevels in patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical surgery on the 1st day after surgery. It partially reduced the postoperative immune suppression.
