| 目的：探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及其与PD 严重程度、运动、认知及抑郁之间的相关性。方法：
比较53 例PD 患者及正常对照组血浆Hcy及维生素B12、叶酸水平。并对血浆Hcy与叶酸及维生素B12水平进行相关性分析。采
用统一的Hoehn and Yahr（修正）分期量表（H＆Y）、PD 评价量表（UPDRS）运动分量表（UPDRS III）、简易智能精神量表(MMSE)、
汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HMDS)对PD 患者进行评分，分析Hcy 与PD 患者严重程度、运动、认知功能及抑郁的相关性。结果：PD 组及
对照组的Hcy浓度分别是(16.2± 3.1)、(10.1± 2.6) umol/L, PD 组血浆Hcy明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析
示被检者血浆Hcy水平与叶酸及维生素B12水平存在负相关。PD 患者Hcy水平与H＆Y、UPDRSIII、MMSE、HMDS评分具有显
著性相关(分别为r=0.483，r=0.525，r=-0.429，r=0.481，P均<0.05)。结论：PD 患者血浆Hcy水平升高，与维生素B12、叶酸呈负相关。

| Objective:To study the relationship between the homocysteine (Hcy) levels and disease severity，movement disorders,
cognitive status and depression in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).Methods:The serum homocysteine, folic acid and vitamin B12
levels of 53 PD patients and normal control were compared. The modified Hoehn and Yahr staging scale (H＆Y), Unified Parkinson’s
disease Rating Scale part III (UPDRSIII), mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HMDS) was
compared between two groups, and the correlation between Hcy levels and disease severity, movement dysfunction, cognitive
impairment, depression in patients with PD was analyzed.Results:The patients in PD group (16.2± 3.1) umol/L has significantly higher
Hcy levels compared to the control group (10.1± 2.6) umol/L (P<0.05). Correlation analysis found that the plasma level of Hcy was
negatively correlated with the plasma levels of folate and vitamin Bl2. There was significant correlation between Hcy levels and H＆Y,
UPDRS III, MMSE，HMDS score in patients with PD (respectively r=0.483，r=0.525，r=-0.429，r=0.481, P<0.05)．Conclusion:The
serum Hcy level in PD patients is elevated and negatively correlated with folate and vitamin B12, and correlated with the disease
severity, movement dysfunction, cognitive impairment, depression tendencies of patients． |
