| 目的：研究神经生长因子（NGF）多药联合治疗缺血性视神经病变(AION)患者的临床疗效。方法：选择2011 年5 月至2013
年5 月在我院接受治疗的AION 患者100 例（100只眼），根据数字表法随机分成观察组（50 例，50 只眼）及对照组（50 例，50 只
眼）。对照组给予扩血管药和维生素神经营养性药物控制高血压或糖尿病等合并症，视情况给予糖皮质类激素治疗，观察组在此
基础上另给予NGF药物治疗。对比两组疗效、对数视力、视野平均缺损值（MD）及视敏度通过图形视觉诱发电位（P-VEP100）P100
波的潜伏期，观察两组不良反应。结果：观察组的总有效率为90.00%（45/50），显著高于对照组的74.00%（37/50），差异有统计学意
义（P＜0.05）。两组在治疗后的对数视力、视野MD 以及P-VEP100 均有改善，但观察组的改善幅度显著大于对照组，差异有统计
学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：NGF多药联合治疗AION 患者疗效更佳，可促进患者
视觉功能恢复，值得临床上推广使用。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) combined with multiple drugs in the
treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION).Methods:A total of 100 patients (100 eyes) with AION, who were treated in
Hainan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013, were selected and randomly divided into observation group
(50 cases, 50 eyes) and control group (50 cases, 50 eyes). The control group was given vasodilator medicine and vitamins neurotrophic
drugs to control the complication of hypertension or diabetes mellitus, and according to the situation, given glucocorticoids treatment,
while NGF drug was added in the observation group on the basis of control group's treament.Finally.The curative effect, logarithmic
visual acuity, visual field mean defect(MD), the latency of visual acuity by pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP100) at P100 wave of
two groups were compared and the adverse reactions were also observed z.Results:The total effective rate (90%) of observation group
was significantly higher than that (74% ) of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The logarithmic visual
acuity, visual field MD, and P-VEP100 of the two groups were improved after treatment, and observation group was significantly better
than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence rate of
adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:NGF plus multiple drugs combination has better curative
effect in the treatment of patients with AION, which is worthy of clinical application. |
