| 目的：探讨便秘患者行结肠镜检查前联合应用乳果糖口服液联合聚乙二醇电解质散剂的临床效果。方法：将90 例接受结肠
镜检查的便秘患者分为实验组和对照组，每组各45 例，实验组肠镜检查前1 天口服乳果糖口服液及聚乙二醇电解质散剂，对照
组检查前1 天口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂，比较两组患者的首次大便时间（开始服药至初次大便时间)、排便次数、大便清澈时间（初
次大便至大便清澈时间）、肠道准备清洁度和不良反应情况。结果：实验组首次大便时间、大便清澈时间均短于对照组，差异有统
计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组完成肠道准备的排便次数较对照组次数增多，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组肠道准备清洁度优
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中联合
应用乳果糖口服液联合聚乙二醇电解质散剂可提高肠道清洁度，增加排便次数，缩短大便清澈时间，达到理想的清肠效果，有助
于发现微小病变，降低肠镜检查的漏诊率。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of lactulose oral solution combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte
powder to the bowel preparation of patients with constipation before colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with constipation
undergoing colonoscopy were divided into experimental group (n=45) and control group (n=45). The experimental group was given
lactulose oral solution and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 1 day before enteroscopy; the control group, polyethylene glycol
electrolyte powder. The time of first defecation, defecation frequency, time of bowel clearing, cleanliness of the bowel preparation,and
adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The time of first defecation and time of bowel clearing of the
experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the defecation
frequency of bowel preparation of the experimental group increased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically
significant(P<0.05). The bowel preparation cleanliness of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups
(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying lactulose oral solution combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder to the bowel preparation of
patients with constipation before colonoscopy can improve the intestinal cleanliness, increase defecation frequency,reduce the time of
bowel clearing and achieve the ideal effects of clearing the bowels, which will contribute to find small lesions and reduce the rate of
missed diagnosis of colonoscopy. |
