| 目的：了解舒芬太尼联合昂丹司琼静脉术后镇痛应用妇科手术的临床效果。方法：对我院2012 年3 月至2014 年3月收治的
全麻术后患者进行随机抽样，选取80 例患者随机分成两组，对照组予以1.0 mg 芬太尼联合8 mg昂丹司琼镇痛，实验组予以100
滋g 舒芬太尼联合8 mg昂丹司琼镇痛。观察并比较两组患者的镇痛效果及不良反应的发生状况。结果：对比恶心、呕吐等临床症
状，实验组患者的临床情况明显优于对照组，经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且镇静评分、疼痛评分亦优于对照
组，经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：术后持续静脉予以舒芬太尼联合昂丹司琼，能降低术后恶心、呕吐发生
率，减轻患者疼痛程度，提升患者临床治疗效果。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sufentanil and ondansetron intravenous postoperative analgesia of
gynecological operation.Methods:80 cases who were treated in our hospital from March 2012 to 2014 were selected and randomly
divided into two groups. The patients in control group were given 1.0 mg fentanyl, 8 mg ondansetron and 100 mL normal saline for
analgesia, and the patients in experimental group were given 100 ug sufentanil, 8 mg ondansetron and 100 mL physiological saline.
Then the nausea, vomiting and other adverse effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:In the experimental
group, nausea, vomiting situation was weaker than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the pain score, pain score was better than that
of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Relieve pain degree of patients, improve clinical therapeutic effect. |
