| 目的：观察低分子肝素联合丹参注射液治疗急性ST 段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法：按照随机原则将78 例急
性心肌梗死患者分成两组，在常规溶栓治疗的基础上，其中对照组39 人采用低分子肝素治疗，治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础
上给予丹参注射液治疗，对两组临床费用、住院时间和冠脉再通进行评价。结果：治疗组的临床费用、住院时间和冠脉再通与对照
组相比，有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：低分子肝素联合丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效确切，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of low molecular heparin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza
injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:78 acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into the
treating group (39 people) and the control group (39 people). The two groups are performed conventional treatment, then patients in the
treating group were performed low molecular heparin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection and those in the control group received
the treatment of low molecular heparin. Medical cost, hospital stays and clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results:There is significantly statistical difference in medical cost, hospital stays and coronary artery recanalization between the two groups (P
<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of low molecular heparin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection for treating acute
myocardial infarction is conclusive, which is worth promoting. |
