| 目的：探讨胸腔镜肺叶切除术在早期肺癌治疗中的临床应用。方法：选取我院收治的肺癌患者142 例，分为两组，每组71例，
对照组予常规开胸肺叶切除术，实验组予胸腔镜肺叶切除术，均采用全身麻醉，双腔气管插管。手术后，观察比较两组患者的临床
疗效，手术情况及恢复情况，疼痛评分以及手术前、术后第1 天和第5 天的血清CRP 情况。结果：①手术后，两组患者的临床疗效
均有所改善，实验组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②手术后，两组患者的手术情况及恢复情况相比较，实验组明
显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。③手术后，两组患者的血清CRP 术后第1 天与术前相比较均有所升高，第5 天的血
清CRP 都有所降低，实验组与对照组相比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗早期肺癌能够改善患者
血清CRP 水平，提高临床疗效，安全可行。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical application and effects of VATS lobectomy in the treatment of early lung cancer.Methods:142 patients with early lung cancer in our hospital were selected, and divided into two groups, 71 cases in each group. The
patients in the control group were given conventional thoracotomy lobectomy, and the patients in the experimental group received
video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy, adopted double lumen endotracheal intubation, general anesthesia. After operation, the clinical
effects of two groups of patients, operation and recovery, pain score, serum CRP before operation and postoperative first day, and fifth
days was detected.Results:①After the operation, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were all improved, the experimental group was
significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ② After the operation, in comparison of
operation condition and recovery of two groups of patients, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③ After the operation, the serum CRP of two groups after first day was increased
compared with preoperative patients, on the fifth day, the serum CRP was decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)
between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion:Recovery through comparing and observing the clinical curative effect,
operation and after operation, and serum CRP level, that VATS lobectomy can relieve the pain of patients, more safe and effective,
worthy of clinical use. |
