| 多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic Ovary syndrome，PCOS）是女性最常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病，严重影响女性健康。PCOS 患
者中有50%- 70 %存在肥胖，肥胖严重影响女性生殖功能，目前关于肥胖对PCOS影响的临床和实验研究很多，但是关于肥胖对
PCOS女性生殖影响方面尚未进行系统的归纳总结，本文就肥胖影响PCOS 女性生殖障碍的机制、肥胖对PCOS促排卵和辅助生
殖技术的应用效果的影响等进行综述，目的是进一步明确肥胖本身及肥胖的治疗在PCOS生殖方面的影响，为PCOS的临床诊疗
提供依据。 |

| Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common female reproductive endocrine heterogeneous
disorders，which severely threatens the health of women. In all PCOS patients, obese patients account for 50 %-70 %. Obesity seriously
affects female reproductive function. At present，there are many clinical and experimental studies on the effects of obesity on PCOS, but
the impact of obesity on the reproductive of PCOS has not been systematically summarized. In this paper, the influence mechanism of
obesity on PCOS reproductive disorders and the application effect of obesity on PCOS ovulation and assisted reproductive technology
etc，are reviewed. The purpose is to further clarifyclarifying the effect of obesity and obesity treatment in PCOS reproduction, and
providing the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. |
