| 目的：判断细胞角蛋白19(cytokeratin19，CK19)作为循环肿瘤细胞的标志物的意义,探讨在肾癌病人外周血中CK19 的表达
情况和临床价值，并观察汉族与维吾尔族肾癌患者之间循环肿瘤细胞的差异。方法：50 例肾癌病人设为病例组,健康体检人群50
例设为对照组，对上述两组人群应用流式细胞仪技术检测外周血中CK19 的表达水平;并探讨肾癌病人外周血CK19 的表达与肾
癌病理分类、病理分期及组织学分级之间的关系；比较20 例汉族肾细胞癌患者及20 例维吾尔族肾癌患者外周血中CK19 的差异
表达情况。结果：组间比较，50例对照组中无阳性,50 例肾癌患者组中24 例阳性；组内比较，不同肾癌病理分类之间CK19 表达差
异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)，不同肾癌病理分期及组织学分级之间CK19 表达差异具有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维吾尔族与汉族
两个不同民族肾癌之间的血清循环肿瘤细胞存在着较明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：在肾癌患者外周血中的CK19 可以初步判断循环
肿瘤细胞的水平,对早期肾癌的诊断、预测具有一定的意义,值得进一步探索和研究，维吾尔族肾癌与汉族肾癌患者之间循环肿瘤
细胞可能存在差异。 |

| Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of cytokeratin19（CK19）as a marker of circulating tumor
cells (CTC) in the peripheral blood of patients with renal cell carcinoma （RCC）, and to observe the difference between Uygur and Han
with RCC.Methods:Choose 50 patients with RCC as study group and 50 healthy people as control group. Detect the expression of CK19
in the peripheral blood of patients of the two groups by Flow Cytometry.Discuss the relationship of expression of CK19 in the peripheral
blood of RCC patients with pathological classification, pathological stage and histologic grade. Compare the level of CK19 between 20
Han and 20 Uygur RCC patients.Results:Compared between the two groups,there was no positive in the control group But 24 positive in
the study group; Compared within the two groups, there was no statistical difference in the expression of CK19 between the different
renal pathological classification (P>0.05); there was statistical difference between different pathological stage and histologic grade (P<0.
05). There was a significant difference in the serum levels of CTC in Han and Uygur RCC patients (P<0.05).Conclusion:There may be
differences between Han and Uygur RCC patients. The level of CTC can be forecast by the expression of CK19 in the peripheral blood of
RCC patients, which has a certain significance for the early diagnosis and prediction of RCC patients and is worth further exploration and
research. |
