| 目的：探究茵栀黄汤对新生儿黄疸血清总胆汁酸浓度变化的影响。方法：选取我院2014 年1 月到2014 年11 月收治的新生
儿黄疸患者72 例，根据应用药物不同而分成实验组与对照组。对照组给予蓝光治疗，实验组在对照组基础上予以茵栀黄汤。比较
两组患者的黄疸消退时间、因黄疸再住院率、肝功能酶检测、血清总胆汁酸、血清总胆红素及间接胆红素水平。结果：与对照组相
比，实验组患者黄疸消退时间明显缩短，再住院率明显降低，P<0.05；两组肝功能均有所恢复，与对照组相比，实验组患者的肝功能
酶水平恢复更明显，P<0.05；两组患者的TBA、TBIL、DBIL 水平均下降，与对照组相比，实验组下降更明显，P<0.05。结论：茵栀黄
汤能有效缓解新生儿黄疸症状，降低肝功能酶及TBA、TBIL、DBIL 水平。 |

| Objective:To study the effects of Yin Zhi Huang Decoction on the changes of total bile acid concentration in serum of
newborn jaundice.Methods:72 cases of neonatal jaundice patients in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Nov. 2014 were selected, according
to whether the application of traditional Chinese medicine is divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control
group was given blue light treatment, the experimental group on the basis of the control group with Yin Zhi Huang Decoction. Jaundice
eliminating time, jaundice re-hospitalization rate, liver function enzymes, serum total bile acid, serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin
levels were compared after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group, the jaundice subsided time was short, the re-hospitalization
rate decreased significantly in the experimental group (P<0.05), liver enzyme levels in experimental group were recovered obviously
(P<0.05), and TBA, TBIL, DBIL levels were decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yin Zhi decoction can alleviate the symptoms of neonatal
jaundice, reduce liver function enzymes and TBA, TBIL, DBIL level. |
