| 目的：研究优质护理模式对心肌梗死康复期患者心理障碍及不良情绪的影响程度，旨在为康复期患者护理方式的选取提供
理论依据。方法：将本院2014 年1 月~2014 年12 月的70 例心肌梗死康复期患者遵照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35
例，对照组采用常规的康复护理进行干预，观察组则以优质护理理念为指导进行护理干预，然后将两组护理前和护理后2 周、4 周
及8 周的心理障碍及不良情绪状态采用SECD6 量表及HAD量表进行评估，并将评估结果进行比较。结果：观察组护理后2 周、4
周及8 周的SECD6 量表及HAD量表评估结果均明显优于对照组，P 均＜0.05，均有显著性差异。结论：优质护理模式对心肌梗死
康复期患者治疗信心及不良情绪的影响相对更为积极，为患者康复治疗的顺利进行奠定了基础。 |

| Objective:To study and observe the influence degree of high-quality nursing mode for the mental obstacles and bad
mood of patients with myocardial infarction at convalescence, in order to provide evidence for the selection of nursing modes at convalescence.Methods:70 patients with myocardial infarction at convalescence from January 2014 to December 2014 were divided into
control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group according to the randomnumber table, and the control group were intervened
with the conventional rehabilitation nursing, the observation group were intervened with the the nursing guided by high-quality
nursing concept, then the mental obstacles and bad mood of two groups before the nursing and at second, forth and eighth week after the
nursing were evaluated with SECD6 score and HAD score, and the evaluation results were compared.Results:The SECD6 score and
HAD score evaluation results of observation group and at second，forth and eighth week after the nursing were all obviously better than
those of control group, all P＜0.05, the differences are significant.Conclusion:The influence of high-quality nursing mode for the mental
obstacles and bad mood of patients with myocardial infarction at convalescence are relatively active, so it lays the function for the smooth
rehabilitation treatment of patients. |
