| 目的：探讨H 型高血压与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的相互关系。方法：选择2013 年10 月至2014 年8 月
在上海市浦南医院心内科就诊的78 例高血压住院患者，血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平≥ 10 umol/L 为H 型高血压、血浆Hcy 水
平＜10 umol/L为单纯性高血压。两者分别用便携式睡眠监测仪（PMD）检测，比较两组结果的差异。结果：H 型高血压组的呼吸暂
停低通气指数（AHI）高于单纯性高血压组（P＜0.05），H 型高血压组的OSAHS 发病率与单纯组无差异（P＞0.05），在有OSAHS 的
高血压病人中，H 型高血压组有较高的中重度OSAHS 的发病率（P＜0.01）。结论：在高血压患者中，没有发现血浆Hcy 水平与
OSAHS相关。但是一旦存在OSAHS，则合并H型高血压患者中出现中重度OSAHS 的概率较高。 |

| Objective:To investigate the association between H type hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome
(OSAHS).Methods:78 cases of hospitalized patients with hypertension were included, from October 2013 to August 2014 in Shanghai
Punan Hospital, Department of Cardiology. Hypertension associated with plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels ≥ 10 umol /L was defined
as the H type hypertension. Hypertension associated with plasma Hcy level < 10 umol / L was defined as simple hypertension. A portable
sleep monitor (PMD) was used respectively to compare the difference between the two groups.Results:Apnea hypopnea Index(AHI) was
higher in H type hypertension than in simple hypertension group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of OSAHS between
H type hypertension and simple hypertension (P > 0.05). In hypertensive patients with OSAHS, H type hypertension group had a higher
incidence of moderate-severe OSAHS (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Our results indicated that in the hypertensive patients, Hcy was not directly
associated with OSAHS, but once the presence of OSAHS, the probability of moderate-severe OSAHS was higher in H type hypertensive
patients. |
