| Objective:To study the influence of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment on left ventricular remodeling
and systolic function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with myocardial infarction, who underwent
PCI treatment in Kaifeng Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from December 2009 to December 2014, were selected (as study
group,n=60), and 60 patients with angina, who underwent PCI treatment in the same period (as control group, n=60). The left ventricular
end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), end-systolic volume (LVESV), stroke volume (SV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left
ventricular end-systolic pressure(LVESP) and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP) of the two groups before and after treatment
were compared.Results:The LVEDV, LVESV, SV, LVEF, LVESP and LVED of the study group after treatment were significantly
better than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no statistical significance in the
LVEDV, LVESV, SV, LVEF, LVESP and LVED of the control group between before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:PCI
treatment has a good effect for patients with myocardial infarction, which can significantly improve the left ventricular remodeling and
systolic function. |
