| 目的：探讨血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和C 反应蛋白(CRP)在阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）并发冠心病（CHD）
患者发病中的作用。方法：选取2013 年12 月~2015 年2 月我院的健康人群（正常组）、单纯OSAHS患者（OSAHS 组）、OSAHS合
并CHD 患者（OSAHS+CHD 组）作为研究对象，对比三组的睡眠呼吸指标、血清IL-6、CRP 水平，并分析患者中三者的相关性分
析。结果：正常组的血清IL-6 和CRP水平均显著低于单纯OSAHS组与OSAHS+CHD 组（P<0.05），且OSAHS+CHD 组高于单纯
OSAHS组（P<0.05）；单纯OSAHS 组与OSAHS+CHD组在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）、平均SaO2、最低SaO2、呼吸暂停时间
百分比上具有显著差异（P<0.05）；单纯OSAHS 组和OSAHS+CHD组患者血清IL-6 与CRP均为正相关关系（P<0.05）；单纯
OSAHS 组与OSAHS+CHD 组血清IL-6 和CRP 均与AHI、呼吸暂停时间百分比呈正相关（P<0.05），与最低SaO2呈负相关（P<0.
05）。结论：IL-6、CRP和OSAHS合并CHD 有密切关联性，为临床研究探讨炎性过程在OSAHS 并CHD中的作用机制，以及心血
管事件的防治等方向提供了依据。 |

| Objective:To investigate the role of serum IL-6 and C reactive protein (CRP) in the pathogenesis of patients with
obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:The healthy people
(healthy group), the patients with OSAHS (OSAHS group) and the patients with OSAHS complicated with CHD (OSAHS plus CHD
group), who were admitted to Nanjing Thoracic Hospital from December 2013 to February 2015, were chosen as research subjects. The
sleep respiratory indexes,the levels of serum IL-6 and CRP among the three groups were compared, and the correlation among the above
three indexes of the three groups of patients was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in the healthy group were
significantly lower than those in the OSAHS group and OSAHS plus CHD group (P<0.05), and the levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in the
OSAHS plus CHD group were significantly higher than those in the OSAHS group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in
apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),average SaO2, the lowest SaO2, percentage of apnea time between the OSAHS group and OSAHS plus CHD
group (P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-6 was positively correlated with CRP in the OSAHS group and OSAHS plus CHD group（P<0.
05）.The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP were positively correlated with AHI and percentage of apnea time (P<0.05), but negatively
correlated with the lowest SaO2 (P<0.05) in OSAHS group and OSAHS+CHD group.Conclusion:IL-6 and CRP are closely correlated
with OSAHS+CHD, which can provide the basis not only for the mechanism study of inflammatory process in OSAHS complicated
CHD, but also for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events. |
