| 要目的：探讨综合性介入导管室的护理质量控制效果并总结其体会。方法：随机选择我院不同科室的50 名介入医生，通过自行
设计的介入医生满意度调查表评估和比较其对综合性介入导管室和专科介入导管室的护理工作质量的满意度。结果：介入医生
对综合性介入导管室的护理质量控制满意度显著优于专科介入导管室(P<0.05)。结论：综合性介入导管室通过护理质量控制提高
了介入医生的满意度，规范了工作程序，提高了护理质量，使我院导管室的工作更加正规化。 |

| Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing quality control in general catheter room for interventional therapy and sum
up the experiences.Methods:50 interventional doctors were randomly selected from different departments of our hospital. The nursing
quality control in the general catheter room and the specialized catheter room were evaluated and compared by the self-design
intervention physician satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The nursing quality control of general catheter roomwas superior to that of the
specialized catheter room (P<0.05).Conclusion:The satisfaction of interventional physicians was improved, the working routine was
standardized and the nursing quality was enhanced in general catheter room through the nursing quality control. The work in our
hospital's catheter roomwas more normalized based on the above improvement. |
