| 目的：研究颌骨囊肿受累牙根管治疗中采用联合方法测量根管工作长度的效果。方法：选取36 例颌骨囊肿受累患牙需术前
根管治疗的患者，共135 颗患牙，186 个根管，随机分为两组，实验组（93 个根管）采用电测法联合纸尖法测量根管工作长度，对照
组（93 个根管）则采用电测法联合X 线法测量根管工作长度。对比两组根管充填后的充填效果。结果：实验组的根管恰填率为
90.32%，高于对照组的79.57%（P＜0.05）。结论：采用电测法联合纸尖法测量颌骨囊肿受累牙根管工作长度，准确率高，根管充填
效果好且安全。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of combined determination of working length in the treatment of jaw cyst involved teeth
root canal.Methods:A total of 36 patients with jaw cyst involved teeth (135 bad teeth, 186 root canals), which needed to be treated with
root canal therapy, were randomly divided into experiment group(n=93 root canals) and control group (n=93 root canals). The root canal
length of experiment group was measured by electrometric method combined with paper point method,while the root canal length of
control group, by electrometric method combined with X-ray. The filling effects of the two groups were compared after root canal filling.Results:The full filling rate (90.32%) of the experiment group was significantly higher than that (79.57%) of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electrometric method plus paper point method is used to measure the root canal length in the treatment of patients with
jaw cyst involved teeth root canal, which has a higher accuracy, better filling effects and more safety. |
