      目的:探讨微信平台健康教育在慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)患者延续护理中的效果,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法:将90 名肺心病患者按出院顺序分成观察组和对照组,各45 例,对照组进行定期随访,观察组利用微信平台进行健康教育,6 个月后评 价两组患者的遵医行为,并采用慢性肺源性心脏病患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-CPHD)于患者出院时及6 个月后进行生活质 量评价。结果:观察组患者具有很好的遵医行为,对照组遵医行为较差,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。两组患者干预前生活质量 比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组在干预前后,生活质量各模块无明显改变(P>0.05),对照组生活质量各模块明显降低,与观察 组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信教育在一定程度上能够地提高患者的遵医行为,弥补传统健康教育的不足,提升 了健康教育的效果,值得临床借鉴。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of extended care based on WeChat education in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease), and provide the basis for clinical nursing work.Methods:90 patients with pulmonary heart disease patients were divided the observation group and the control group according to the discharge sequence, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in control group were regularly followed up by health education, while patients in the observation group by health education based on WeChat platform. The compliance of patients was evaluated after 6 months, and the quality of life by chronic pulmonary heart disease quality of life (QLICD-CPHD) at discharge and after 6 months respectively.Results:Patients in the observation group had good compliance behavior, while patients in the control group had poor, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). There was no significant on quality of life before intervention (P>0.05); There was no significant change with patients in the observation group before and after the intervention at each module in the quality of life (P>0.05), but the quality of life of patients in the control group decreased in each module, and there was statistically significantly compared to the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat education, in a certain extent, can improve the patient's compliance behavior, make up for the lack of traditional health education, improve the health education effect, it is worth clinical reference.q
