      目的:测定并分析轻度认知障碍(MCI)阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)患者血清A-beta-42、ApoJ、NO、IL-6 的变化。方法: 收集MCI、AD患者与正常老年体检者的血清,用ELISA 法测定其血清A-beta-42、ApoJ、NO、IL-6 水平。结果:(1)A-beta-42 水平:MCI患 者血清A-beta-42水平高于正常老年患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD 患者血清A-beta-42 水平与正常老年患者及MCI患者相比均 呈下降趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)ApoJ 水平:与正常老年患者相比,MCI、AD 患者血清中ApoJ 水平显著升高,且 AD 组高于MCI组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)NO水平:MCI及AD 患者血清NO水平较正常老年患者增高,差异具有 统计学意义(P<0.05),但MCI患者与AD患者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)IL-6 水平:MCI、AD 患者血清IL-6 水平明 显高于正常老年患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且AD患者高于MCI 患者,其差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)AD组 患者血清IL-6 水平和MMSE 得分之间呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.05)。结论:血清A-beta-42、ApoJ 水平可能用于诊断MCI,而血清 ApoJ、NO、IL-6 水平可能有助于预测AD 患者病情的变化及其预后。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To detect and analyze the serum levels of A-beta-42, ApoJ, NO and IL-6 in patients with mild cognitive impairment( MCI) and Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:The serum samples of MCI, AD patients and normal elderly controls (NC) were collected, the levels of A-beta-42, ApoJ, NO and IL-6 were measured by ELISA.Results:(1)The serumlevel of A-beta-42 was significantly higher in the patients with MCI than that of NC(P<0.05), the serum level of A-beta-42 had no significant difference between AD and NC. (2)The level of ApoJ in MCI and AD group were all increased in comparison with that of NC, the level of ApoJ in AD was significantly increased in comparison with that of MCI(P<0.05). (3)Compared with NC group, MCI and AD had notably higher levels of NO (P<0.05), but the level of NO had no significant difference between MCI and AD. (4)The levels of IL-6 of MCI and AD were significantly higher than that of NC. The IL-6 level of AD was higher than that of MC (P<0.05). (5) The level of IL-6 in AD group had a negative correlation with MMSE score(r=-0.37, P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum A-beta-42, ApoJ levels may be used in the diagnosis of MCI, and the levels of ApoJ, NO and IL-6 may help to predict the diagnosis of AD and evaluate the situation of disease.
