| 目的：探讨钬激光和经尿道电切术治疗老年高血压伴前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法：回顾性分析2011年1 月-2013 年1
月我科收治的48 例患者的临床资料，随机分为两组，每组24 例，分别采用经尿道前列腺电切术和激光切除术治疗。观察两组手
术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、IPSS和QOL评分及血压变化情况。分别于手术前后应用经直肠超声测量患者前列腺厚度，根据
球形体积公式估算前列腺重量。结果：钬激光组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显低于电切组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；
钬激光组术后前列腺重量、IPSS 评分、QOL评分及血压均低于电切组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经尿道钬激光切除术
治疗伴高血压的老年前列腺增生患者安全有效，可在临床推广。 |

| Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser and transurethral resection of prostate for treatment
of elderly hypertensive patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:The clinical data of 48 cases were retrospectively analyzed from
January in2011 to January in 2013 in our department, then they were randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases in each group, were
respectively treated with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP group) and thuliumlaser (thulium laser group). The operation time,
amount of bleeding during the operation, the time of hospitalization, the weight of the prostate, IPSS and QOL score and blood pressure
change were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The operation time, amount of bleeding in surgery and the
hospitalization time in holmium laser group was significantly lower than that of TURP group (P<0.05); and the postoperative prostate
weight, IPSS score and QOL score and blood pressure in holmium laser group were lower than that of TURP group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral holmium laser in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe and
effective, and can be popularized in clinic. |
