| 目的：研究阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗塞患者超敏C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及血脂水平的影响。方法：选取2012 年1 月到2015
年1 月我院收治的急性心肌梗塞患者80 例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组40 例，对照组给予常规治疗，
研究组在对照组的基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗，比较治疗前后两组hs-CRP 和总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固
醇（LDL-C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平。结果：两组治疗后hs-CRP 较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），且研究组治疗后
hs-CRP显著低于对照组，（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组TC、TG 和LDL-C 显著低于治疗前，HDL-C 显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗
后研究组TC、TG和LDL-C显著低于对照组，HDL-C 显著高于对照组（P＜ 0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗塞具有较好
的效果，能有效降低hs-CRP水平，改善患者血脂水平。 |

| Objective:To study the influence of atorvastatin on hs-CRP and blood lipid levels in patients with acute myocardial
infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 80 patients with AMI, who were admitted to Hainan People's Hospital fromJanuary 2012 to January
2015, were randomly divided into study group(n=40) and control group(n=40). The control group was received conventional treatment,on
the basis of which, the study group was added atorvastatin. The levels of hs-CRP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density
lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of the two groups before and after treatment were
compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, the levels of hs-CRP of two groups after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.
05), and the level of hs-CRP of study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The levels of TC,
TG and LDL-C of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, but HDL-C was significantly higher than
before treatment. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C of study group after treatment was significantly lower than those of control group, and
the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin has a good effect in the
treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can effectively reduce hs-CRP level and improve blood lipid level of the
patients with AMI. |
