| 目的：探讨基质蛋白酶MMP-1 在炎症性牙髓中的表达。方法：内毒素制备大鼠牙髓炎模型，取牙髓炎大鼠及健康大鼠牙髓
组织行HE 染色检测牙髓组织的组织形态学变化，MMP-1特异性免疫组织化学染色和Western blot 等检测MMP-1在牙髓组织的
表达，以明确MMP-1 在大鼠急性牙髓炎期的空间分布改变及蛋白表达量变化。结果：大鼠牙髓组织急性炎症期牙髓炎模型中可
见大量炎性细胞浸润，结缔组织有断裂破坏。免疫组织化学分析及Western Blot 分析均显示牙髓炎组织MMP-1 蛋白显著增高
（P<0.05）。结论：MMP-1在牙髓炎组织中高表达，可能参与调节牙髓炎症反应的疼痛机制调节。 |

| Objective:To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases MMP-1 in rat pulp tissues and its role in inflammatory
pain of pulpitis.Methods:LPS was used to construct rat pulpitis model. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was carried out to observe the
morphological changes in pulp tissues. Then the expression of MMP-1 protein in dental pulp of both pulpitis group and normal control
group were tested by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis.Results:Inflammatory cell infiltration was found in rat model of
pulpitis, and the connective tissues had disruption. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis showed that MMP-1 protein level
was significantly higher in pulpitis group than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:MMP-1 overexpression in pulpitis may have
an important role in the pain mechanismof inflammatory response to pulpitis. |
